Groundwork terms

Plain-language terms for the audit, the guarantee, the build credit and the monthly plans. Last updated October 25, 2026.

Who we are

Groundwork is a service of VYSA TRADING LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you book or pay for any Groundwork service. By paying, you agree to them. Our general privacy policy also applies.

The audit

  1. Starter audit (USD 1,500, or CAD 2,100 in Canada): teams of 2 to 10 people, two business areas. Complete audit (USD 3,500): teams of 10 to 50, four areas (marketing, sales, delivery, administration).
  2. The audit runs for 10 business days from the kickoff call. If interviews or answers from your team are delayed, the delivery date moves by the same number of business days.
  3. You choose the format: by email (written questionnaires and email follow-ups, no meetings) or by video call (Zoom or Google Meet). The price is the same.
  4. During the audit we only observe, ask and document. We do not install, change or switch off anything in your systems.
  5. You receive: process maps of the areas covered, a list of automation opportunities with estimated hours and cost, a tools and data-access review, and a roadmap in three phases, presented in a delivery call of about 60 minutes or, if you prefer, a recorded video walkthrough.
  6. The audit fee is paid in full in advance.

The money-back guarantee

If the audit does not identify at least 10 hours per week of work that can reasonably be automated, we refund the audit fee in full.

  1. How hours are counted. The 10 hours are the combined weekly time of your team spent on the repetitive tasks listed in the opportunities report, estimated from the kickoff call, the team questionnaire, the interviews and the screen-shares. Each estimate is shown in the report with how it was measured.
  2. What counts as automatable. A task counts if it can be automated or largely reduced with tools that are commercially available at the time of the audit, whether or not you decide to build it.
  3. What we need from you. The guarantee applies when you complete the kickoff (by call or by email), return the team questionnaire within 3 business days, complete at least 3 of the 4 area interviews (by video call or by written questionnaire, your choice), and attend or review the delivery.
  4. How to claim. Email us within 7 calendar days after the delivery meeting. If the report shows fewer than 10 hours per week, we refund the full audit fee to the original payment method within 10 business days. You may keep the report.
  5. The guarantee applies to audit fees only, once per business.

The 30-day build credit

  1. If you sign a build quote and pay its deposit within 30 calendar days after the delivery meeting, the full audit fee you paid is deducted from that build.
  2. The credit applies to the first build you start in that period, up to the value of that build. It is not cash, cannot be transferred and expires after 30 days.
  3. An audit that was refunded under the guarantee does not create a credit.

Builds

  1. Each roadmap phase is quoted at a fixed price before work starts. 50% is paid to start and 50% on delivery of that phase.
  2. Changes outside the signed quote are quoted separately before we do them.
  3. Workflows are built on your own accounts (for example n8n, your CRM, your email). You own them, including after the work ends. You pay the subscription costs of those third-party tools directly.

Monthly plans

  1. Care (USD 490 per month, or CAD 690 in Canada): monitoring of the automations we built, fixes when they break, and a monthly report. Partner (USD 990 per month, or CAD 1,390 in Canada): everything in Care, plus one new automation per month and a monthly review call.
  2. Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and partial months are not refunded.
  3. An unused "new automation" in the Partner plan does not carry over to the next month.

Confidentiality and data

We sign a non-disclosure agreement before the kickoff. We ask for read-only access wherever possible, use your information only to deliver the service, and never paste your confidential data into consumer AI chat apps. If you choose the email format, we may use AI tools to summarize and organize your written answers; we only use AI services under business terms that do not use your data to train their models. We point out privacy questions worth raising with your own lawyer; we do not give legal advice.

Limits

Hours and savings in the report and on our website are estimates, not promises of results. The maps document your processes and can support an ISO 9001 application, but certification is granted only by an accredited body. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
