Order first, then AI

AI multiplies whatever it touches. Put it on a messy process and the mess simply runs faster. So we draw how the work really flows, fix the order, and only then hand the repetitive steps to automation. Automate the mess and you get faster chaos; automate the map and you get your evenings back.

Your business on one page

Pick a trade. Red steps are where hours leak today. Tap one to see what replaces it, and watch the total add up.

Ten days, one map

The audit changes nothing in your systems. We watch, ask and draw, then hand you a plan you can build with us or with anyone else.

Your way, same price.

By email, no meetings. Short online questionnaires your team answers when it suits them, plus email follow-ups.

By video call. Zoom or Google Meet: a 45-min kickoff, one 30-min interview per area, and a live delivery meeting.

Remote, anywhere in Canada and the US. We sign an NDA before kickoff.

Mapped before

In the 1910s Frank Gilbreth charted who did what on the shop floor. The charts are cheaper to draw now, and the repetitive steps are cheaper to hand off. Same discipline, new tools.

Fair questions

Do you change anything during the audit?

No. We only watch, ask and draw. Nothing is installed or switched off until you approve a build.

Will I have to buy new software?

Usually not. We start with what you already pay for, and often find tools you pay for and barely use.

Is our data safe with you?

We sign an NDA before kickoff, ask for read-only access where we can, and list who can see what in your report. Questions about privacy law go to your lawyer; we flag what to ask.

What if we don't hire you to build?

You keep the maps and the roadmap. They are written so any developer can follow them.

Does the map help with ISO 9001?

It documents your processes, which the standard asks for. Certification itself is granted by an accredited body, so we don't promise it.

Who is this for?

Owner-led businesses of 2 to 50 people with lots of repeat admin: contractors, transport, clinics, real estate, accounting and law offices.

Map it. Then build.
